Day 3
Cycle to Miwaleni springs to swim in the crystal clear waters. Try to spot the monkeys in the Palm Trees.
Join in with the English Evening Classes.
Day 4
Visit the waterfalls in the lush forests of Marangu- learn about the history of the Chagga chiefs as you walk.
Day 5
Spend the morning helping in a local kindergarten- playing games, singing songs.
Learn about sustainable agriculture at our site and perhaps do a little weeding!
Day 6
Visit to Lake Challa- a little visited lake. Have a picnic on the shore and take a trip in a canoe.
Relax over a meal in Moshi and then if you have the energy dance the night away to Bongo Flava.
Day 7
Visit small enterprises groups supported by us and buy a few reminders of your stay.
Wave goodbye to all your new friends and continue on your travels.

The benefits you bring in making this journey.

Your visit directly benefits the local community. Our partner organisations gain new insights and ideas from Volunteers, as well as practical contributions to their work.
Your residence in the village enables us to employ a growing number of local staff on good wages, and we ensure that all food is purchased locally in order to support the rural economy.
Finally the money paid for your stay allows V2V-Tanzania to fund the work of local partners in improving education and healthcare, supporting sustainable agriculture and in encouraging small enterprise.
